We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Instruction: To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. VIAURBE is not responsible for the shipping cost of the package returned by the customers themselves.
Restocking Fee: you are subject to US$200 per bike restocking fee.
Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you are attempting to return.
Returns are not allowed after 30 days of the delivery date: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused or the ebike must have less than ten (10) miles on the odometer, it and must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Follow this instructions to assemble the ViaCarrier Utility Cargo Electric Bike. Be sure to perform all safety checks in the owner’s manual including a handlebar twist test, handlebar push test, ensuring the front wheel is properly secured, and all parts are tightened and torqued properly.

I’ve had my VIAURBE Viacarrier 100 for 3 and a half months but it doesn’t feel like only 3 and a half months I have used it almost everyday doing deliveries and going wherever i need to I have put on about 1200 miles. Not only an amazing product but whatever issue I had with the bike the company took care of no problem the bike is absolutely amazing but the costumer service was even better you really can’t ask for better costumer service I’m not someone who usually writes reviews but with all they’ve done for me with everything for the bike and now that I’m going to be upgrading and getting a new bike for faster speed and longer range I had to they have genuinely taken care of every issue I’ve told them about I definitely recommend this bike.

I ordered this bike for my son to use for college.I was really surprised at how powerful the motor is. The battery life is better for me than the specifications (I weigh 160 lbs). The bike is heavy, but the quality is much better than I expected with little touches like screws already in for accessories. I put a cargo stand on it and needed no extra screws. The battery installation and removal is easy, it just slides in and out. It has a lock to lock the battery in place. My first ride was 15+ miles with minimal peddling over relatively flat ground and it used less than half the battery capacity. The controls have a speedometer, a trip gauge and an odometer. I am impressed with this bike for the money.

I am 69 with a bad knee and I've missed going on casual bike rides. I found this bike and took a chance. I liked that I could ride it like a regular bike, or on bad days with the peddel assist; and God forbid I hurt my knee while riding I could use 100% electric to get home. It was fairly easy to put together.
Over all, I am very happy with this purchase.

Never heard or rode an e bike before , take your time and understand how it works , after that your not going to want to get off of it , besides the seat being a little uncomfortable after awhile and you can't beat the price of it , it's truly an awesome experience and the way to go if you don't have a vehicle , 2 thumbs up and recommend this e bike for anyone who's looking to commute from place to place or just to get out and about , awsome

I recently retired and . I wanted a bike to enjoy the trails in my neighborhood them and decided on a ebike. This is my first purchase of an e-bike. I wanted a bike that was sturdy, affordable, comfortable and with a solid reputation. The Viaurbe ViaCarrier has met my expectations and more. I am averaging 80-100 miles per week and look forward to seeing new areas every time i ride. I would highly recommend this bike to anyone looking for their first Ebike.
