We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Instruction: To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. VIAURBE is not responsible for the shipping cost of the package returned by the customers themselves.
Restocking Fee: you are subject to US$200 per bike restocking fee.
Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you are attempting to return.
Returns are not allowed after 30 days of the delivery date: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused or the ebike must have less than ten (10) miles on the odometer, it and must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

This bike was a great value. Very quick acceleration. No problem getting to 32mph, and pretty easy to ride without assist, better than our other ebike which cost more. Weight is comparable to our other ebike, but battery lasts longer.
Customer support is AMAZING, very responsive! When I got the bike the fork was welded crooked so I couldn't assemble the tire. I emailed customer support and they shipped me a new fork right away (shipping took awhile). I had more trouble as the fork was 1/2" longer than the original. Contacted them and I had a new fork hardware kit overnight along with a video on how to assemble it. Overall very pleased with the whole experience!

Great ebike, I've had it lots than a month and I've put 50 miles on it. I take it to the store I use a combo of pedal assist and pure electric. It also goes up hills with ease. Nice long battery life. Just make sure you don't weigh over the recommended weight limit or the battery won't last long and you might even hurt your the bike. However, it can bear a maximum load of 350lbs.

I bought this bike when I was a freshman in college and it was absolutely the best purchase I have ever made. It made getting around campus insanely easy and getting to work was even better, I highly recommend this bike.

I got into a car accident and my bike tire got bent. I contacted Customer Service and they said they send me another one. Very legit!

I havnt been on a bike since 1996 and i have lower back problems and my family has been trying to find me a way to get back out and get into shape. on the lowest setting i was able to get out and bike and when i started to hurt i put it on setting 4 and ride it back home. I had a blast and package was very nice and well taken care of. no dents or problems. easy to put together. My whole family is planning to get one and my son later this week. i had to beg him to let me have a turn. Money well Worth and spent.
